I absolutely love this time of year when the tulips are out in bloom. Often the first bit of colour we see after a long winter. I have chosen the Timeless Tulips stamp set and Tulip builder punch for my Wednesday at 7, weekly facebook LIVE Tea & Cards series.
Here are the first 3 projects.
The techniques featured on these cards are masking and adding sponging a second colour of ink.
